160512_1289_NX1 Talulah, a Female Eastern Screech Owl at Teatown's Wildlife Rescue
Talulah was hit by a car in 2005, causing severe head trauma and blindness in her left eye. Owls rely on their sense of hearing and sight to catch prey and Talulah would not survive in the wild.
